Milk Diet

Milk is designed to put weight on, not take it off. After animals are born, they drink their mothers it to quickly grow big and strong. Ever see a grown cow or pig drinking from mother's breast? Milk is a familiar beverage consumed by humans and other animals, yet humans are the only animals that continue to consume it after weaning.

To date, there is no actual Milk Diet. Instead, supporters of milk as a supplement to losing weight suggest adding milk to any diet. They claim the amount of weight loss will increase simply by adding more whole milk to your diet.

Looking to shed a few pounds quickly? Think about the banana and milk diet. This diet may seem like just another fad, but if done correctly, it's actually a great way to lose weight. Critics of the diet claim it's akin to starvation and will not give results long term, which is true if you try to stick to just bananas and milk for too long.

Weight loss is perhaps the most comprehensive means to keep fit & healthy. It not only enhances your looks & beauty but also maintains your health in all regards. It keeps the digestion in tact and keeps you away from hazards like obesity, cholesterol, fatigue, etc. Before we found a source of raw milk, my kids would occasionally have a glass of pasteurized milk at a friend's house. And within half an hour they would have a bowel movement. Now keep in mind that my kids are perfectly healthy, with one formed bowel movement per day.

A portion of raw milk was drunk fresh and warm from the cow (or other animal), but a lot of it was fermented, or cultured, into a variety of delicious products - yoghurt, kefir, cheeses, lacto-fermented beverages, etc. - due to both the lack of refrigeration and primitive people's knowledge of the health benefits of "probiotics".

You also must pay attention to your food. The more basic of the food the better it is whether it is meat of vegetables. The problem is, there are so many different books and opinions as to what you can eat and can't eat. You will go nuts trying to follow them all. Studies have found that yogurt revs up the body's metabolism. Researchers took two groups of people and put them on the same reduced calorie diet. But one group was instructed to eat three servings of yogurt a day.

Patients must know that a high dose of Vitamin D has a strong side effect causing kidney problems due of increasing blood calcium levels. For this reason,
it should not be taken without medical prescription and a special monitoring of side effects by a professional health care.

A modified version of the banana and milk diet is safer and works better in the long run, although pounds will be dropped more slowly. Just follow this daily weight loss diet plan: you eat only bananas and milk for two meals of every day. For the third meal, usually dinner, you can eat whatever you like as long as it fits in a standard-sized coffee mug.
